  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
  • PureMoss ( Maruti Enterprise ) reserves the right to:
    • Modify shipping fees at any time
    • Offer free shipping on selected orders or promotions

  • Remote areas: 5โ€“10 business days

We work with reliable courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery. However, PureMoss is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances

6. โ— Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • If a delivery fails due to incorrect information:

    • Record an unboxing video
    • Contact us within 48 hours
  • If your package is marked delivered but not received:
